I ordered a delivery at 8.30 tonight and received an email that it would be 1.5 hours, I understand it gets busy so I didnt mind too much, when it got to 10.30pm (2 hours after ordered) I gave them a call to find out where it was and was told it had left and would be with me shortly, I then waited another 40 minutes and it still hadnt appeared so I called back again to be told that they were sorry but it would be there soon, another 10 minutes and it arrived, open it and everything was rock solid, absolute disgrace, so disappointing to receive this on time, never mind this late, defo wont be back!!
