Excellent service and food
Got delivered and food wasn't hot was cold and salt n pepper chips were discussing not nice and same with salt n pepper chicken balls wouldn't recommend
Horrendous customer service waited just under 2 hours for delivery for my order to be wrong! When I phoned to complain was told I had to pay for there error and another delivery charge absolutely disgusting! And the rest of our order to go cold and the woman on the phone to say not my problem if it's cold! The delivery driver then delivered correct items and ask for wrong items so he can re-use absolutely disgusting!!!
Since golden inn was shut tonight we decided to try the golden bowl,never again, sweet and sour chicken was unbelievably undercooked and the beef satay was disgusting,satay is not meant to be spicy and runny as hell,ordered a mixed starter which was pathetic, (menu states ithat comes with curry sauce)what we got was a tub that had a drop (literally) of sweet chilli. Ordered a portion of chow mein noodles but instead got chips. We didn't phone and complain because we were that hungry, in all honesty I would seriously advise anyone not to order from here. Would have given 0 stars but there was no option.
I ordered chicken fried rice to take away. The meal itself was lovely but wasn't that warm when I got it home. I had went into the shop to order it, jumped straight into the car and was home in less than 3 minutes. I still had to stick it in microwave to heat it up when it should have still been hot. This isn't the first time it's happened. I am puzzled as to why it's not still hot. Unless they're adding refrigerated chicken to the fried rice when it's cooked and not giving it time to heat properly? C'mon guys make sure it's hot as the meal itself was delicious.
