Exceptional customer service from Max and Sean at Whitburn. My battery was flat in my drive and they went out their way to come and jump start for me so I could get to their gargage for a new battery. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!
Fantastic service went in as I had a slow puncture The guys were fantastic fixed it for me there and then and stayed back after the garage was meant to close Would highly recommend.
I May have left my review a bit early for this company I did have the experience I gave in my review but should have spoke to the garage first.They have refunded the work for the welding and put in a new exhaust, my partner said they where very friendly when he went back and the sorted the exhaust straight away. I WOULD recommend them we just unfortunately had a bit of a miss understanding. Thanks for the fix D&GMy partner booked our car in to get a hole welded in our exhaust in the Whitburn garage.Told us it would take 2 hours which seems about right for the job we got a phone call 45 minutes later saying its done charged us 70 and within the first couple of hours of driving ( not consistently only about two15 minutes drives) the exhaust went again.Would not recommend.UDATE weve had a call this morning about my review ^^^ they are going to work with us to get this situation fixed which I aplode (not sure if we would have got the same response if it werent for the online review)But am happy they have called and are trying to make it right.Am going to up my rating a bit and when we are finished dealing with the garage will update again To write back to me on the review after phoning and telling me to take my review down and we would sort it, you try answer back as if youse have no idea about the job when you just phoned my partner about this job. Why would my partner lie when he walked home and said I was going to sit and wait but they said they would be about 2 hrs.Please dont make a foul of yourself phoning us and on the phone call you know exactly what job am talking about while adding on this you dont have a clue what welding job took place at the Whitburn garage.Hopefully its sorted as you stated on the phone and not this nonsense of a reply not knowing what we are talking about.Have a great weekend
